There are three distinct parking options available at this property: 1) Uncovered Street Parking on Beach Place with use of the Blue Parking Pass 2) Uncovered Oversized Lot located to the left of the building with use of the White Parking Pass - Vehicles longer than 16ft may use this lot accessed via Porcher Drive 3) 6 Level Parking deck with use of the White Parking Pass - May be accessed by driving under Lobby Entrance. I will caution that the turns are quite tight, but have seen medium SUVs parked in this lot. Motorcycles - The HOA does not allow motorcycles. Motorcycle parking is available on Beach Place. *This is a self catering condo with no daily housekeeping service during your stay. *There is a trash room located to your right as you exit the condo. Please dispose of your trash bags there before checking out. *Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this unit * If you observe the Sabbath this unit is accessible by stairs and a key may be made available upon request. * This a non-smoking property, the fine if evidence is found is $250. Smoking is allowed at the designated benches by the outdoor pool.
